Timiree is very professional and informative about the treatments, how they meet my needs and the protocol to follow. I have been getting red light therapy/infrared sauna and lymphatic light treatments for inflammation and relaxation as well as improved circulation. I no longer have overall, continual pain and am sleeping so much better. I have very high cortisol which I'll test again in a few months to see how it changes. If you haven't tried these treatments, this is a great time to start! The facilities are clean! If you're worried about privacy, there's no need to. Here everyone is great, patient and will answer all your questions and concerns, so make sure to ask away! The procedure itself might sound a bit uncomfortable at first especially if you're new to all this, but it's pain free! Trust me, you'll adjust in no time. You need this in your life. The one hour session goes by so quickly and you're in and out but feeling like a new person in no time. I was experiencing very itchy/inflamed skin, fatigue, bloating and gas that was very uncomfortable. After learning about this process, I booked an apt for my colonic which Timiree made as comfortable as possible. She walked me through every step and was really good at taking your mind off of things. When I say I felt better instantly I really mean it. I haven't had any itchiness and my gas/bloating has reduced extremely. I cried tears of joy to finally be rid of these ailments that I struggled with for many years. When I went for my second colonic I was feeling a bit sick (sinus) so I decided to do a lymphatic draining session instead. I walked in so stuffy and with the worst headache, I left feeling much better. By the next morning my symptoms were gone completely. I'll finish with this- I've learned so much about my body and about wellness in the short time I've spent here. I am so grateful to have found this place.
