I've had lymphatic massages before but this drainage therapy was completely different. She's really good at explain it things when you have issues Or why something is important to take care of. I learned so much in just one session not to mention she makes you feel completely comfortable. This was a perfect Mother's Day gift to myself. After the therapy session was done. I used the sauna for 40 min and felt so complete relaxed. Will be returning to continue this type of self care.

My doctor recommended lymphatic therapy to help recover from my surgery. | know | wanted the electro lymphatic therapy with the machine and When | looked it up Healing Waters was the only nearby place that used this technique. This has helped with my inflammation tremendously. (Read that its great for cellulite too woohoo ! [ol ) | also use the infrared sauna after my sessions for 30 minutes or so. This sauna is the best I've ever experienced! Nothing like the nasty one at the gym. The smell alone of the fresh wood is amazing, There is light therapy inside where you can choose the color of your choice with different health benefits. The walls are paneled with pink salt.

highly recommend this place for colon care and lymphatic drainage therapy. | did a series of treatments and have been extreemely happy. Dez is amazing, and her staff is as well. They take the time to really educate you, provide suggestions for diet and lifestyle based on your unique needs/situation, and are very knowledgeable. The knowledge alone that | gained from my treatments was worth the price of the treatments. Its just great to know tha there are alternative ways to regulate and take care of your system without harsh pills or Rx.
| was a bit nervous for the treatment, like many others. Dez and her staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. After my first treatment, I didn't even consider being nervous the next time around. They are professional and as good as it gets.
